About Me

I design digital products for a living. My days are spent mapping out screens and interactions for people I’ll never meet.

But the experiences that actually taught me something? They happened offline. Usually in a dead-end alley where my GPS signal gave up.

I lead UI/UX teams. I solve problems at scale. But travel is where I stop fixing things for others and start figuring things out for myself.

Why This Blog Exists

Before I visited Cambodia, I researched for months. I watched every video. I read every guide.

When I arrived in Siem Reap, I realized most of it was fiction. The heat wasn’t just hotβ€”it was a physical weight. The crowds weren’t just busyβ€”they were a wall of noise. And no one had mentioned any of it.

Travel content is often just a brochure with better photos. I wanted something that felt like the dirt on my shoes.

I’ve been to more than 30 countries. I don’t use affiliate links. I don’t take sponsorships. I write about the sweat, the high prices, and the moments that actually felt real.

What You’ll Find Here

These guides are built from my own notes, not marketing briefs or SEO checklists.

I look for the specific light at 5:00 AM. The way a city sounds when it wakes up. I’ll tell you if that famous temple is just a crowded parking lot with good PR.

I don’t sell dreams. I give you the details so you can handle the reality and enjoy it more because you’re prepared.

Let’s Connect

If you’re tired of filtered photos and fake praise, stay a while.

I don’t believe in “hidden gems.” I believe in showing up, paying attention, and being honest about what you find.
